FLINT, Michigan — Acting U.S. Deputy Commerce Secretary Rebecca Blank toured a Flint manufacturing plant this morning, promising that President Obama’s budget plan – if approved – would help the ailing manufacturing industry. Blank pointed to Flint as a community in desperate need of such help.
